15-07-2026 Several autumn language courses are available from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid's Centro de Lenguas.
10-07-2026Due to a shortage of support staff on the programme, there may be some delays in responding to enquiries made via THESIS or by email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
04-07-2026We remind you that there is less than 10 days to submit the Annual Report, should the student wish to continue the PhD studies. If the thesis supervisors have not yet completed their report, they must be notified by the doctoral students so that the Annual Report can be modified if necessary.
17-06-2026The 2025/26 Annual Report has to be submitted not latter than 14 July 2026. Once finished by the student, the supervisors should be notified by the student so they can review it and write their reports. Please note that the Doctoral student Activity Document must be sent to doctorado.ssc@fi.upm.es by the same dates.
03-06-2026The application period for the Social Council’s grants to promote excellence in research training and the internationalisation of PhD students for the 2026/2027 academic year is open until 22 June.
